It is built for accountants, consultants, staffing firms, group holding companies and business owners who run payroll for one company or many. If you manage more than one entity, each gets its own isolated workspace so nothing is mixed together.

Request an account with your company details, or request a demo to try it first. Our team reviews the request and, once payment is received, sets up your isolated company workspace and emails you a secure link to set your password and sign in.

Yes. Use the Request a demo button, verify your email, and we will send you a link to a shared demo workspace pre-loaded with sample data and a demo login so you can explore payroll, payslips and invoicing hands-on before committing.

Every company runs in its own dedicated database on its own subdomain, so your data is never commingled with another company's. Sensitive fields such as national ID numbers are encrypted at rest. Security is a shared responsibility and no system can be guaranteed, but isolation is built into the architecture rather than bolted on.

$500 one-time registration plus $25 per month per company workspace. Payment is by wire transfer, cheque or cash — there is no credit-card requirement and no hidden fees.

Yes. Each company is provisioned as its own isolated workspace with its own subdomain, users and data, so you can operate several companies independently while managing them all with Internal Payroll.

Yes. Payslips are generated from a flexible salary engine with configurable earnings and deduction components, salary templates, and per-year marginal tax regimes that are applied automatically. Each payslip is an immutable snapshot and exports as a branded PDF.

Absolutely. You can define your own earnings and deduction components, build reusable salary templates, and apply them per employee, so payroll matches how your business actually pays people.

Yes. You configure per-year tax regimes with marginal slabs, and the engine calculates tax automatically when you run payroll, so you do not have to compute it by hand each month.

Yes. Each company can raise branded invoices to its own clients with a line-item breakdown, record payments, and view a running statement of account per client — all in your own currency, with a downloadable branded PDF.

The client portal is a secure, read-only area where your external clients can log in and see only the employees and figures you choose to disclose to them. It is hostile-by-default: clients can never reach your internal workspace.

Yes. Internal Payroll includes office finance tools to record office expenses and assets with running balances and statements, so the money around your payroll operation is tracked in the same place.

Yes. Payslips and client invoices export as clean, branded PDFs using your company name, logo, address and brand colour, ready to print or email.

Yes. You can invite coordinators and control exactly what each can see and do with granular permissions — for example, letting a data-entry coordinator manage employees without seeing salaries.

Each company chooses its own currency for payroll and invoicing in Company Settings, so the platform works for businesses in different countries.

No. Internal Payroll runs entirely in your web browser. There is nothing to install or maintain — just sign in at your company subdomain.

We take routine operational measures to protect data, but the Service is provided on an as-is basis without guarantee, so we strongly recommend you keep your own backups of critical records. See our Terms and Privacy Policy for details.

You can stop using the Service at any time. On request we will make your data available for a reasonable period. Contact us and we will help you export what you need.
